Wisconsin. It been cold lately. Dew turned into ice on parts of my car this morning. Daily highs in the 60's though.

I’ve had frost twice.

Its a 2004 with 102k on it. I don’t think I have a heater core leaking or anything, my wife’s 2015 does the same thing.

damn. I think you knew where I was heading hahaha. My next question was going to be if you’d checked the passenger side floor board for dampness!
I have an 07 Milan which is basically a Mazda until you hit the engine which is Ford. Thankfully Mazda designed the transmission. I’m at 110k miles, I’m wondering if your plastics are drastically cheaper than my plastics lol.
